Terms and Conditions

1. Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

2. Delivery Policy – Through this portal, we deliver our training and development modules to individual customers for the fee shown + vat.  Once individual users register and purchase their modules through the checkout process, they are immediately assigned an individual, secure login and password that  they utilise to access the learning. The delivery is global through online access however for the most effective delivery experience, we recommend only users with Broadband access utilise this learning approach.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – We will refund all purchases for cancellation purposes within 14 days of notification on the basis that the user has not already accessed the module content. The portal automatically registers all access to module content including date and time of login  for management information and reporting purposes.
