The Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s  Overseas Leadership Programme (OLP), uses blended learning tools and techniques to embed essential knowledge and skills to prepare UK Ambassadors, High Commissioners and their Deputies for their leadership roles at British Embassies and High Commissions abroad. In the FCO, these leaders are known as Heads of Mission (HoM) and Deputy Heads of Mission (DHM) and are the most senior leaders responsible for representing the United Kingdom in the country and region they work in. There are 274 FCO offices spread across 168 countries.
