At Derbyshire Dales District Council we take pride in the way we deal with our customers, both external and internal and aim to provide everyone with an efficient and high quality service at all times. This is achieved by our commitment to continuous improvement of service delivery and in line with our culture of ‘One Team, One council, One Purpose’. This training is a highly interactive and participative workshop where we can share good customer service practice and and identify key areas of where we can apply it to our external and internal customers. As part of the programme, you will have access to an Excelling at Customer Service E-learning module for 12 months which you can use as a valuable reference library. We also want to build our internal capability to train others so we will also select a number of individuals who will be further developed to do this.
